Terrible to clean
I purchased my cat and dog vacuum cleaner with this turbo head and I was completely disappointed it is so hard to try and get the round hair off the brush with very little space to try and get scissors or a sharp object to try and loose in the butt and what is suck on it. I'm also already having trouble with the air intake section with it not clipping back into place properly after owning a Dyson I am extremely disappointed I was hoping for a vacuum cleaner that had easy access to clean the turbo head which this clearly does not have when I reviewed the product at my local Harvey Norman store their head that they showed me on the vacuum cleaner looked as if it had two openings cruise to be able to access the turbo brush when I received it it does not have this at all now try and find refresh open you completely different vacuum

Power Head breaks
I love this vacuum (C3 Cat and Dog) but it is let down by the power head. There is a plastic component that the brush fits into that keeps breaking. You should be able to remove the brush from the powerhead so you can clean it properly. With the dyson power head I was able to remove the brush but the vacuum was not as good as the C3 . I am now going to have to spend 179 on a new powerhead again.

Solid performance
TurboTeq power head does great work cleaning. We have dogs and it gets a good workout. We also have a guest suite and it makes quick work of cleanup and preparation of the space. My only criticism would be having trouble removing long hairs from the rollers. The old design’s cover removed and gave more finger room for that task. The snap-out door over the blower cage makes cleaning that easy. Recommended.

Not worth the Money
I have now bought 2 of these 2 years and the same problem keeps happening

Great concept, poor execution.
I've owned this for about 12 months. It does an amazing job of picking up dog fur from even deep pile carpet.
The issue is, the spinning brush is not able to be removed tool-free for cleaning, meaning you are left to clear the debris from the brush through the narrow gap. For those of us with larger fingers, it is a pain! For the quality of the clean, I can deal with this, although my Dyson stick vac can have the brush out, cleaned and back in less than a minute or 2, with no need for tools.
However, my brush has come off of its mounting and refuses to rotate. Disassembly is not for a novice, but I managed. The problem is that one of the plastic knobs on the belt arm has warped/split, rendering the thing near useless. The brush now refuses to rotate once contact is made. After a call to Miele, I was told that a replacement would be $179.
Disappointed, as the Miele appliances I own (washer/dryer) have been amazing quality and I would've expected the vacuum to be the same. Whilst the quality of the clean itself is first class, the Turboteq head seems to be not fit for purpose even 12 months down the track, and having to spend almost 1/3 of the cost of the whole unit to replace a poorly designed attachment is galling.

Broken after 4 months
I bought this cleaner head to vacuum up our dog hair. It did an good job until it just stopped spinning. We can’t fix it at home as we don’t have specialized tools to open it. It’s now completely useless and we have to look into buying something else to replace it. It’s far too easy to break and did very difficult to fix yourself unless you want to invest more money in tools to open it/get it serviced. Feels like a waste of our money.

Powerhead broken
Purchased the cat and dog vacuum for a small carpeted loungeroom area. The powerhead worked well for the first couple of months and then it stopped spinning and you need to cut the hair out of the brush every vacuum ir it simple does not spin. Tried to buy a replacement head locally and was unable. Not a cheap product for it to fail so soon.
