Miele doesn’t last long when using often
I’ve had a Miele vacuum for a couple of years using it for a small cleaning business, I think it’s deplorable that to replace a vacuum head would cost the price that Miele is charging for some cheap plastic that only lasts a couple of years before the head is no longer gliding smoothly along the floor and often will scratch if something gets caught in it. Not happy with the price point for the quality but I have the Miele vac and am not planning to replace it as that also cost almost $1000.

Waste of money not typical Miele quality
I regret not listening to the other reviews.
Paid $150 for this and has the quality of a $20 knockoff. Do not waste your money thinking you are buying quality.
Wheels are cheap and don’t move properly, sound like there scratching the floor.
Miele where did your quality go? The last replacement head I bought was amazing

Works OK on pure wool carpets
Great fan of Miele products but this floor nozzle does not measure up to their usual excellent standard. The thin rollers leave 'train track' marks on rugs, particularly those that contain silk. Redesign is required.

Nasty light weight plastic
I had to have a new vacuum head as the old one lost a screw and I couldn't have it repaired. The replacement is lightweight plastic - no where near as substantial.

Excellent service!
Ordered a new floorhead nozzle for vaccuum cleaner and surprised that it arrived within a week to Darwin. And it was exactly the right part. Happy with the vac, and very pleased I could buy a new floorhead and not a whole new vaccuum cleaner

Replacement Vacuum Head
Excellent suction, needed for certain rugs where I should not use a rotary brush head. Use with an older corded stick vacuum. Not cheap however consider good value given results. Significant upgrade on original head that came with vacuum some years ago. Recommend.

Replacement Head
I bought this to replace the worn head on an older Miele vacuum. It was a perfect fit and is so brilliant on both carpet and hard surfaces such as wooden floors and tiles. A perfect replacement part.
