Frustration Personified
This must be the most frustrating vacuum cleaner attachment I have ever used. Because it has the capability of achieving multiple angles its very difficult to decide which angle is best. I have used brushes that can achieve cleaning angles before that are much simpler to use. I also think the adjustable sections will wear out very quickly and become sloppy so they won't hold the angle selected. I do like the brush softness. Its heaps friendlier to surfaces than the stupid brush thats a permanent part of the vacuum hose. I don't know what the designers at Miele were thinking when they put that silly brush on the hose handle. The best ever brush attachment I've ever used on a vacuum cleaner was from a Kirby. Made from soft bristle and the holder was made from a rubbery material not stiff plastic.

The points of rotation are fairly loose so the brush swivels when you don't want it too making it difficult to use.

Swivels too easily
I got this attachment to reach spider webs up at the cornice junction. You can swivel the head so it’s on an angle. However when you go to use it at that angle, the swivel connection point is quite loose and it just bumps / moves and looses the angle you set. Makes it not as useful as I had hoped.

SUB 20 faulty
Love this brush though I miss the large round style this has obviously replaced.1st use and the rubbery band around the head has come away almost immediately. Have been in touch with customer service who put me in contact with a service business in my area only to find they do not deal with Miele anymore. At wits end as to what to do, Miele please advise.

Good quality bristles
Happy overall and while I like the functionality to be able to twist the head to different angles, the rotating joint needs some work. Seems the plastic a bit soft and the head falls out regularly enough to be annoying. Over all though, good brush I use every time I vac.
