Awesome. When it works.
When it is working, I am super happy with it - powerbrush combs through carpet, showing up shortcomings of previous vac being used. Easy to handle and park. Recommend a second battery as standard, though (without it, and in a bigger house the battery life limits the cleaning time & area). Five Stars. Second time in service, first time charger malfunctioning, now the power brush slowing down. Service interaction not quite up to brand expectations. Taking two stars off for that.

Not amazing but not terrible
Amazing on carpet but not very good on hard floors, alot of going over & over the same spots on hard floors as it doesmt seem to pick up fluff etc properly on hard floors. Pet attachment works pretty good on furniture.

Love the Title
It is so nice not to have a cord and heavy body to drag around. It does the job well. Battery life could be improved. Cleaning is a bit messy as lots of dust bites fly all over when you remove the cap, and it is also difficult to remove the fluff and dust collected in the container.

Great cordless/stick vacuum.
It comes with a second battery but no secondary charger can’t have a battery and the cleaner charging simultaneously. The capacity is sufficient for one clean before it is at the max limit.
It picks up an extraordinary amount of cat and dog hair. Amazingly effective while being quieter than other cordless/stick vacuums we have tried.

Surprising.
I originally bought this to use in the car and to be a supplementary vacuum cleaner to clean up small messes inside. It doesn't work so well in the car, just too difficult to manoeuvre, but it works very well inside. So easy to use and empty without all the fuss of pulling out the bigger vacuum cleaner.

I don't hate it but dont love it either. Often gets clogged with fur/and definitely a no if you have longer hair. Also, don't use for dry noodles or rice.... it's a time, believe me.

Great vacuum, poor design.
There is no doubt that the actual vacuum itself is fantastic. It does a wonderful job in our house full of pets. However, I have an issue with the opening of the barrel to manually clean the filter! It is almost impossible to open. I would not buy this product again for this reason. Even the strongest members of my family could not open it. It is a great shame, because as I say, the actual vacuum is superb.
