Cannot be used for older machine - CVA5060
I thought this would be a simple replacement for the brush that came with my CVA5060 machine which needed replacing due to the bristles falling off.
Was amused to receive this product and find that it is 7cms in length! This is too short to clean the plastic pipework on the machine. Disappointed to learn that Miele no longer stock the longer brushes which are vital to keep the machine operational.
Customer service handled the complaint and refund well.

Bring back the bigger brush
I concur with other reviewers whose coffee machine also came with a slightly larger and much longer brush, which was more suitable for the task. So far it has suffered no damage, but I think there is a risk that it does not clean as well, being smaller than the tube it is cleaning. The larger brush at $20 was poor value, but $25 for this inferior Miele product is appalling. Please bring back the original brush.

I bought this a while ago. It works well, but, the old ones were a bit longer and easier to use. A necessary item with the coffee machine.

Unfortunately the cleaning brush doesn’t last long wears out very quickly. It’s flimsy not sturdy at all. Expected more for the price.
