My old Miele dishwasher lasted 25 years
I wished to replace the cutlery tray with a basket in my new Miele dishwasher G5000SC BRWS because after less than 2 years, one of the clips on the cutlery tray had failed. I then asked to order the cutlery basket. At no time was it pointed out to me that the basket would not fit in my dishwasher. On receipt of the basket, I discovered the error and ordered 2 clips for the tray. Miele refunded the cost of the basket and told me to keep it. I would have much preferred that it would fit on my dishwasher.

Overpriced custom piece
Nothing much to say. Does the job and will likely last for 2 years and then I will fork out 4 times what it is worth simply because Miele can charge ridiculous amounts and get away with it. At 85 bucks should at least guarantee it for 5 years.
