All Miele washing machines feature intelligent automatic load recognition. This feature analyses the current load and uses only the amount of water and electricity needed for excellent cleaning and rinsing results.

Miele washing machines with EcoFeedback provide precise energy and water consumption data. This gives you full cost control. You can call up the prognosis for the consumption prior to the start of the selected programme. At the end of the programme the exact consumption data is displayed, which can vary according to the load. 

Several Miele washing machine models feature a second water connection. With a connection to hot water, up to 65 % electricity can be saved^*, provided that water is heated using solar technology, for example. You can also use well water or rain water. This saves valuable drinking water – which is good for the environment and your wallet.

The ProfiEco motor from Miele is a particularly powerful inverter drive and is also extremely economical and quiet. As the motor is electronically controlled, it does not require carbon brushes, which means it has no wear. For many years of efficient and convenient laundry care.

Automatic dispensing with TwinDos^® is not only practical, but also guarantees perfect cleanliness: with UltraPhase 1 and 2 your appliance offers the best liquid detergent system. TwinDos^® dispenses UltraPhase 1 and 2 at the optimum time during the programme and thus achieves the very best wash results. TwinDos^® also dispenses with such precision that you can save up to 30 % on detergent compared to manual dispensing.

Washing individual items is not ecologically justifiable – who hasn’t experienced this dilemma? The Miele solution is SingleWash. This Extra can be added to many programmes. The appliance optimises programme running times, water and energy consumption for loads up to 1 kg. Washing individual items has never been so quick or economical.

The stains option adjusts the programme sequence to remove stubborn soiling. For example, a pre-wash is added to the programme and the main wash is extended. The basic option has 7 types of stain to choose from. The premium option^* offers a total of 23 different stains, of which up to 3 can be selected at the same time. You also get useful tips and instructions in the display.

Worry-free laundry care: thanks to the TwinDos® automatic dispensing with UltraPhase 1 and UltraPhase 2 in combination with the excellent cleaning efficiency of PowerWash, over 99.9 % of viruses are reliably removed. This has been confirmed in a test by Albstadt-Sigmaringen University. The “Cottons hygiene 60 °C” programme with the “AllergoWash” Extra is effective against enveloped coronaviruses and flu viruses as well as non-enveloped viruses.*

Miele’s single-use capsules are a solution for special types of laundry. Made from 100 % recycled plastic, they go into the fabric softener compartment. The content of a capsule is perfect for a single wash cycle – there is no risk of adding too much or too little detergent. There are 6 special-purpose detergents to choose from, plus 3 fabric softeners, the ImpraProtect proofing agent, Booster for stubborn soiling and CottonRepair.

PowerWash offers the highest level of cleaning performance – in just 49 minutes with the QuickPowerWash programme. All washing machines with PowerWash are particularly energy efficient and achieve economical consumption values even with small loads. This is possible thanks to the Spin&Spray technology which works with a very low water level and saves heating energy.

The Water Control System (WCS) monitors the water intake with a water level sensor. Water intake is stopped automatically if the normal water level is not reached. If there is water leakage inside the machine, the inlet valve inside the machine closes and water in the suds container is pumped away. A float switch in the drip tray also detects leaking water.

Should you incur damage to property as a result of a defect in the water protection system, you have a safety guarantee^*. In the context of the terms and conditions of the water protection system Miele will bear the costs for property damage resulting from any defect of the system. so long as the appliance was professionally installed.

The digital interface on Miele appliances conveniently lists the operational functions in different languages. Select the desired language in the menu via the display. Your selection will then be indicated by a flag symbol. Should you wish to return to the language menu to make a change, simply make use of the flag symbol for instant access.

Operation is simple – whether you use the Miele app, voice control or integration into existing Smart Home solutions. The appliances are networked via a home WiFi router and the Miele Cloud.

Whether it’s a pair of jeans, a blouse or just a sock: thanks to the AddLoad function, you can easily add any laundry items that you’ve forgotten – up until shortly before the end of the programme. This means you can add or remove items just for rinsing or spinning, giving you maximum flexibility in your everyday life.

The hexagonal sculptured structure of the Miele honeycomb drum allows a thin film of water to be created between the drum and the laundry. This results in laundry gliding gently and protects the fibres perfectly. The smaller, smoothly polished shouldered holes in the walls of the drum are also gentle on your textiles and prevent burling and laddering. Foreign objects such as paper clips no longer end up in the drain pump.

With the pre-ironing option, you can reduce the need for ironing by up to 50 %. At the end of the wash programme, a smoothing programme completes the process. During this, laundry is tumbled inside the moist, warm drum and smoothed with steam.
