Really well finished
I bought this to make pastries and also for my son who makes mini pizzas using flat bread. He has used it a few limes now and is very happy with the way the pizzas turn a little crisped on the bottom. I like the fact that it is so nicely enamelled and easy to wash up. It is also convenient that it just slides into the oven on the rails.
