This service is only available to customers living in Metropolitan postcodes.
The removal of the unit from the cavity is included providing this is a straightforward activity without any hindrances such as raised floors / awkward cabinetry or bench tops, or may result in any peripheral damage to the appliance or customer assets. Miele reserves the right not to proceed if the appliance or customer's assets may be compromised.
Note: Refrigeration not applicable for this service.

Excellent Service - smooth swap, old for new, clea
The technicians took away my old dryer with no dramas at all. They unpacked my new tumble dryer in their truck so there was no dramas or issues at about unwanted packaging or mess. It was a seamless exchange. Fantastic. Everything was clean. It was a direct swap over, old for new. I recommend taking is up if you need to get rid of your old washer or dryer.

Less than poor for delivery of a 90kg machine
I took a day off work waiting for delivery. Rang up not in system. Paid for removal you team leader said they would not take machine. Argumentative. Best he would offer was to refund. Accounts then said no problems to arrange and she did. You should sack your team leader. And your delivery should offer to at least put a 90kg machine in the laundry not a drive way. What would your grandmother do?

A good machine but less capacity than expected
The height of this dishwasher is less than that of previous models, so it can't take dinner plates if the upper crockery rack isn't in the 'high' position, which may be a bit limiting for some users. More curiously, the lower plate rack doesn't hold plates upright: they either fall back or forward. Again, earlier models didn't have this problem.
Other than these two issues, this machine works very well and is a good buy - once you figure out the very simple but enigmatic controls.

Good washer but has software has bugs
Excellent washer, gentle on clothes. There is a bug in the software on woollen and gentle cycles when if you change the default wash temp the machine will freeze (stops in its tracks) and is full of water half way through its cycle. Changing program fixes the fault.
