Rated 4 out of 5 by Philip L from Super convenient (with a premium) Using the Ultratraphase system is the most convenient solution for washing, period. You literally only need to change the detergent container every couple of months. You do pay a premium for this though but I find the dosing is pretty much spot on and we've had the cleanest, most trouble free experience in making use of the Twindos system (and you can make use of manual solutions at any time if you want). One tip though. You should hold on to one empty container in case the system requires a cleaning cycle after a while. Manual doesn't really focus on this and I had to by a blank in order to do a cleaning cycle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Miele fan from Great product It's great to be able to order multiple cartridges at once. I wish you would also supply like 5L containers of both that can be used in the refillable cartridges so we are not wasting as much plastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Magda from Hands down the best laundry detergent I have used At first I was sceptical and thought that the Miele recommendation was simply to promote and push the sales of their laundry consumables. I used the first batch of complimentary Ultraphase detergents and I was hooked! It's not just the convenience of using the DOS detergents but also their amazing cleaning power. I've used top brand detergents all my life but having used the Miele Ultraphase detergents for over a year now, I will never go back. They are brilliant detergents that clean even the toughest stains and last just as long as other brands (if not longer) making them very economical. I hope they continue to improve and refine their Ultraphase range!

I think you are trying to create convenience at the cost of environment by placing so many plastic bottles which could easily be a refil pouch. you shouldn't assume that just because someone is paying for high end product they are willing to compromise sustainability for convenience. you should reconsider using bio degradable material. we all know that recycling of plastic isnt the best and doesnt always work as intended. 3 stars for the washing liquid itself.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bernard Gerber from Ultra Phase the Good, the Bad and the Ugly Ultra Phase as a cleaning product offers the best in terms of cleaning your clothes and convenience of use. However, there are two negatives, not that they are bad enough just yet me to change my purchasing. The Ultra Phase six month supply pack is very convenient but I have two problems: 1: There should be some sort of discount offered to the consumer for buying six months of your product up front. The price per unit is the same if you buy one unit or 6 units. To purchase your six month pack is a commitment from the customer with no incentive from the vendor to get the customer to commit other than that they do not have to bother to go online to buy another pack next month. It may be that you have a committed customer base who are happy to do this, but to me it seems like vendor arrogance, "take it or leave it"! An attitude that does not sit well with me. As good & convenient as the product is, this attitude may sway me to consider other options for my washing products in the future. 2: I find that three packs of Ultra Phase 1 and two packs of Ultra Phase 2 in the 6 month pack after several 6 month cycles, leaves me with a surplus of Ultra Phase 2 packs. An option where the consumer could nominate how many of each Phase is to be included in their next purchase would get around this problem. It could be offered as the "Standard 6 month pack - 3 x Phase 1 & 2 x Phase 2" (as you already sell), or "Phase 1 Extra - 4 x Phase 1 & 1 x Phase 2", or "Select Your Own" with the customer to nominate how many of each of the Phases they wished to purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ChrisJorg from Amazing washing machine It’s certainly took awhile to get installed and Setup, but with a bit of professional help it happened. I can’t say how impressed I am with the washing machine itself. The twin Doors system that automatically releases the washing powder is phenomenal and saves so much messing around. This is the first time I’ve ever had a front loader and I’ve had washing machines for 40 years plus and I love this as well! It’s incredibly quiet And honestly washes the clothes really well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by D.Padrutt from Simply an amazing product Too begin with I thought it’s simply too much plastic for my liking and had no interest going down that line, but I did use the generous voucher for the 6 monthly supply that came with the machine. Let’s say I was totally sold on the product within a short time. Today I would even justify the plastic, argue that it is more than a convenient product. Admittedly it’s incredibly convenient, no messy draw, no extra action before washing, however it’s the accuracy of dispensing that is unbelievable and is saving packaging and money in the long run. Doing a supper job, washing comes out perfectly clean and has a gentle fresh sent, nothing overpowering, simply an amazing product. Thank you.
