A necessary expense
The reason I have given this a one star rating is because it is an expensive necessity. I received 2 fragrance falcons with my purchase of a new dryer and used them and liked the smell of both but when I ran out and used my dryer without them I found that my sheets and towels had an unpleasant smell about them. It only occurred with items that were in the dryer for longer periods of time, so I purchased another flacon to use. I find the price is too much for the time they last, so I will be looking for a cheaper alternative.

Warning corrosive substance
While I enjoy the fragrance this adds to a wash, it is a corrosive substance and this is not mentioned on the packaging . When I left the cartridge on top of my dryer for half an hour it destroyed the plastic on the top of my dryer, leaving an unsightly patch where it had dissolved the plastic. When I contacted Miele via email they completely dodged my complaint and responded with a very generic email providing contact details for the callout service costing $170 dollars. Not happy.

Fragrance Flacon - Aqua
Beautiful smell and really helpful for drying circles without "dryer" smell. I'm not using softener because flacon finish the job! But unfortunately I have bad experiences with them, nearly every second one liquid is leaking and gone after couple of drying cycles. Every one used correctly and same but sometimes it's just faulty. Expensive experience but I still like it and use it.

Let the buyer beware! I think this is a good product but when ordering I saw the box size,
Let the buyer beware! I saw the picture of the box the flacons would come in (for $16.95)
and stupidly thought that I would receive 4 flacons! To my dismay my order has just arrived with only one flacon in the box. With delivery I paid $25. I realise this is my fault, but would just point out to others to realise you are paying $16.95 for one small product!!!

Discount pricing for bulk orders
Love the concept love the fragrance just feel that the price is just a little on the high side for 1 month of use! Or perhaps a discount for 2 or more.

Aqua fragrance
We use the dryer a lot so therefore using 2 pods per month, it’s to expensive. I won’t buy any more unless price is reduced.

Expensive, leaks and lasts 2 weeks
I used what was provided with my machine. Loved it. But leaked when I installed. Thought it was me. Bought another. It has lasted less than 2 weeks even on the lowest setting! Love the smell but not worth it. After buying the most expensive dryer I am questioning it ...
