Cleans But Doesn't Dispense
The sensitive Ultraphase cleans as well as the normal Ultraphase however it causes issues with the twin DOS dispensing. The bottle continually stops supplying the sensitive liquid and the machine gives an error that there is no twindos. When checking - the bottle is in a squished in state. I press the dispensing tip and let air into the bottle and it resumes its shape and dispenses correctly. The sensitive liquid does appear to be thicker than the normal liquid so that may be the cause. I have cleaned the twindos system repeatedly, but that doesn't make a difference. This issue is only with the sensitive uptraphase. I will be ordering the normal ultraphase in the future.

UltraPhase Sensitive No.1
Firstly all Miele products have been great. Only recently the yellow tinted No.1 has a problem. At the end of its use when the washing machine says it is empty and I take it out I can see about 15% approx. of the detergent is stuck at the bottom of the bottle and on the side of the bottle. As I replaced the bottle with a new bottle I gave the new bottle a shake to see how fluid it is. I noticed its more like a gel. There needs to be something done about this as it is a waste of my money and not good for the environment. I will keep the next bottle on hand if Miele wants to have it back to look at. I would also hope that I am refunded some of the cost. I am a Miele for life member No. 2419995.
