Goes thick in the bottle and does not dispense
I am sorry that I bought this product. The contents went thick in the bottle and needs to be mixed with warm water in a cup to be able to use it in the machine or for hand washing. This also happened to my daughter who bought some. I cannot recommend it at all. Shame when so many Miele products are good quality.

Favorite Conditioner
Don't use on towels as like a lot of conditioners it will reduce absorbency and don't use on linen fabrics. This product is amazing on cotton bed sheets and clothing, keeps them smelling fresh and softens the fabric on drying. It is the best conditioner product I have ever used! And the product doesn't thicken for me at all. Bottle will last me months which is great and doesn't clog my machine!

my first purchase of this product was great, and of good consistency. This time I purchased two of this item and they are very thick and it is not emptying enough from dispenser draw.
How do I rectify this problem. not happy with the thickness of this product!

Reworked formula that does not congeal
Finally, after a long time waiting, the formula has been tweaked so that the product does not congeal in the bottle making it impossible to use in the washing machine. This new formula is what the product always should have been and makes it fantastic.
