EXPENSIVE THOUGH EXCELLENT RESULTS
Excellent wash, however, after also testing the Miele tablets I've moved to a shelf brand of tablet, use a rinse aid and get equal results. The disc lasted 21 cycles on auto-cycle which is one more than stated in Miele documentation. However, doing one cycle per day with the disc it's an expensive way to wash dishes even when I get the discount for being a Miele member. On top of the member/mail-order cost I have to pay postage.

Bait and delay to send a substandard product
Months to deliver after advertising on sale. Had to go back to dish tablets. Doesn’t last as long as suggested either. 20 washes is not a month. Regret buying this gimmick

Easy to use and does a great job cleaning dishes
I absolutely love the simplicity and ease of this product. I never have to fumble around for dishwashing detergent and the fact it's set and forget makes life so much easier. Glasses come out shiny and new and the detergent seems to get almost everything you throw at it off of my crockery and cutlery. Very happy with this product.

DOS forever
Unbelievably performance. I have never had glasses and plates sparkle like this before and this is my third Miele dishwasher. The previous model lasted me 18 years and could have been repaired but I decided to buy the latest model instead. The DOS model makes a while difference experience in the kitchen. Wonderful unit.
