Stay away
So disappointed with this product. Have had it only a couple of years and now have had enough and looking at replacing it. I have been a Miele vacuum cleaner user for years (even when I grew up my parents had one) and their products used to be awesome, powerful and robust. This one is on the cheap side, every corner is cut to save cost, and since purchased it heats up and loses power after 5 minutes of use… so gets minimal suction. Miele Australia support was appalling basically discouraged me to send it for assessment.
