Rated 3 out of 5 by Tabitha from Great product but terrible value Great product but terrible value, I didn't realize it was only one clean per pack! $17 to clean machine once a bit much. Packaging made from harder to recycle material also. Miele need to up the sustainability with their cleaning products (Not their appliances but their detergents, fabric softener etc.) to be biodegradable, made with more natural ingredients, have less packaging waste and be better for the planet.

I wish I had known about it years ago as I don't recall ever getting any info on it when I first purchased my mashing machine and condenser dryer. We recently had to spend almost $30,000.00 on a new eco septic system and were told to only use eco products. What a mess they have made of my washing machine, it's like black carbon/charcoal. I'm really pleased that I used Intense Clean as it's cleaned it out. I have to say that my machines are almost 16 years old !

We'd done everything we could think of, cleaning the filter etc etc. I was using essential oils in the wash to cover the pong. And then I found this product. All gone. I've bought a year's supply!
