It’s doing the job
Despite of some concerning reviews, I have decided to buy the product as I was confident that one of the world best appliance manufacturers can be trusted. Unfortunately, with this vacuum cleaner, I was wrong. In the short description, it is heavier compared to the other cordless vacuum cleaners on the market but what’s most annoying is that our pretty small house can not be vacuumed in one attempt because the battery goes flat. I am deeply sorry but I was expecting much more from the brand such as Miele. On the other hand, we have bought the Miele dishwasher which is the best product we have ever had.

Great performance but disappointing battery life.
Very happy with the dust and hair pick up. However the battery only lasts for half of our floor area (Four carpeted bedrooms and lounge and tiled kitchen and dining area).
This is frustrating as the whole house can't be done in one go. the only option is to buy a second battery but at $249 this is just too much.

Works so well I won't let my cleaners touch it
I bought this a couple of months ago, and based on some of the reviews here about battery life I bought a 2nd one as a backup - which I've charged but never had to use. On its max power, I can see it lift the carpet to get the dirt. I LOVE the fact that I can lower the motor, after 9 operations most handhelds are too heavy, but this makes it easy. It does take a bit to loosen up and be able to empty but it's simple now. Best one I've ever bought

Filter gets clogged very quickly
I bought this vacuum 10 days ago. The filter gets clogged with dust very quickly - seems that the cyclone does not separate fine dust at all and all of it goes straight to the filter. This is not even our main vacuum - we vacuum with our main canister bagged vacuum once or twice a week and only use the triflex in between for quick pickups and dog hair. The actual performance and form factor is quite good but the dust separation is quite disappointing considering this is a miele product.

No more hair
Very satisfied as I have puppy that drops lots of hair. Gets it all up & is so light and easy to use & very easy to clean and empty. Love that I can change position of the main body from either top of machine or the bottom which allows me to reach under the furniture. Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend. Very quiet as well

Powerful little beast
Should have switched to one these a long time ago, fantastic performance compared to my previous brand (Starts with a D!) Good solid unit, only change I would like would be a larger dust compartment, other than that super powerful, hardy need to use it setting 3 at all, picks up all the cat and dog fur with ease.
