Effective from 30 °C – lower temperatures reduce energy consumption. Fill the washing machine as full as possible – except when washing delicates. Adapt the detergent quantity to the water hardness and level of soiling. Regularly run a 60 °C wash programme with settings for white laundry. Leave the washing machine open between programmes. Wash bed linen at 60 °C or more if someone in your home is allergic to dust.

Faulty batch?
Unfortunately I received 2 cartons of the sensitive ultraphase 1 and the detergent actually split and became quite viscous. My local Miele store was happy to exchange both cartons straight away though!

Great product without unnecessary fragrance
I'm pleased Miele offer a sensitive product which cleans beautifully without any unnecessary residue fragrance. There is convenience with this TwinDos system.
