Good but not life changing
The coffee is nice. Milk drinks could be hotter. And no way to adjust this Also, frequent messages to empty the drip tray or refill the water container Every three cups is tedious. Also, save yourself some money and buy the 6160 without the cup warmer - it takes a long time to heat up and have and warm cups unless you’re leaving your machine of 24/7.

quality sadly lacking
1st machine was replaced after 4 months, now 7 months later the second machine has had to be repaired, very very disappointing and wondering how long before it claps out again

milk system is great , but thats all
Brought this in January ,in April the grinder failed , have to wait weeks for a new part. In the meant time we are trying to use the preground option, about ever 3_4 deliver dirty water rather than coffee while the grounds have dissapeared into the machine below making a mess ,not to mention the cost of grounds
