Rated 1 out of 5 by Juls from Should not have to purchase I have only used my new washing machine for about 2 months and now have to buy an empty cartridge, and on top of that have to pay for shipping. I wouldn't have expected to pay over $3,5000 for the machine and then find I need a pay for a cartridge to clean it. I was never told of this when purchasing.
